Hell, I could say what hooked me in a single eight-word sentence, but, well...
Heh.
So, you got the inside track now, huh? Gloat while it lasts, miss Author's Pet.

Don't worry, if we pull her buttons and push her strings, she'll slip out.

*blush* Awww, he really only told me cuz I pitched a hissy over how this stage of the story ended without answers an' said I was halfway to leaving; he knew what would keep me comin' back an' reeled my weak ass back in with it...
It wasn't favoritism, it was Machiavellian--nearly Pavlovian--manipulation.
Heh.

He could have just told you there was a music video ahead, with your favourite band.

He didn't, but he could have.

One of you slipped up.
Although which of you 'm not sure. TommiR for blatantly revealing it, or you for acting innocent.

Now you know I have been wondering about sorta that. If a T-1000 is living metal, does that mean is has a specific structure? Something resembling a cellular struture? Could human DNA be spliced into the struture of living metal to create a hybrid life form? And if so would it be all robot like, obeying orders and such? Or would it have emotions and feelings and slither off, after having a major hissy fit cause mommy Sky-net won't let it have it's own pet human to play, for fear that the Shiny little bastard might start picking up the wrong ideas?
And I can totally see someone making a webcomic out of that.
Sadly, I can also see some crappy tv exec making a kids show just like that in the future. "Terminator Babies" (kinda like muppet babies or that all teen version of x-men)

I expect it would do whatever it's programmed to do. 'm sure it would be possible to splice a human into it, but the trick is capturing and detaining it.
Of course, it might "evolve" if all the doors aren't locked.
